Hey Everyone! I've read the forums for a long time from afar and now I'd love to become part of the crew. Im a line cook form Boston and knife enthusiast like yourselves.

Anyone have any advice of a great 270mm Honyaki Gyuto or 270mm honyaki sujihiki? I am dying to try one!

Maksim at Japanese Natural Stones ( a vendor here ) has Singatirin Honyakis, both 270mm gyuto & sujihiki, at very reasonable prices.
