View Full Version : Thiers-Issard 6/8 Frameback Straight and Forgecraft 10" Chef

Here are two items from my personal collection. The first is a beautiful T-I Frameback 69 Medaille d'Argi straight razor. This razor has minimal spine wear, and only slight imperfections at the heel. It shaves really nicely, especially for guys who prefer hollow ground blades. The pictures are only decent, as they were done for personal inventory and not sale. However, I'm funding a Mario petty/gyuto, as yet another travel knife, so I decided to sell this beauty. It's believed to be from the 1930s, and is overall in nice shape for a piece of this age.

Price is $65 plus shipping.

Next up is my personal Forgecraft Chef Knife. It's a beauty, and was the pick of the litter. It has some nice patina going, and a handle that's in great shape to boot. There is a tiny overgrind on the heel, caused by sharpening, but nothing to be worried about.

Price on this one is $45, plus shipping.

If someone buys these together, shipping is of course combined, and I'll drop the combined price to $100, plus shipping.

Forgecraft SPF. Thanks!
You gotta be ******* kidding me.

So from 6:30 to 6:45 this morning I was browsing KKF on my phone, but I wasn't logged in. I thought, damn, can't see sales when I'm not logged in. Should I log in just to check?

But I didn't. Because I'm a freaking moron.

Those razors aren't just good, they're great. I got my closest shaves ever from a similar TI frameback. I remember making my first few swipes and being amazed at how clean my skin was underneath.

The best part is how light of a touch is needed. I think they're pretty amazing, but I have a few razors, and not a single Mario knife in my collection. I'm glad it's going to a good home!

I should also say, donation sent. :)
