HHH Custom Knives, Cotton candy Gyuto. This one is AEB-L Which is quickly becoming my favorite stainless for a kitchen blade. Handles are died and stabilized Box Elder burl.

206mm blade. Western handle. This crazy burl came from Craig Stevens and is some amazing looking stuff.

Features. Rounded spine and choil, Distal taper

There are some great pictures of this handle on a post called Whats on the bench in my forum of ya want to see more of the shape and contour of this beautiful handle!

Mario. good eye.. This one is a little different, slimmer. Per customer request. She has small hands. :)

Thanks guys for the comments. The wood is very unique, When I seen it I HAD to get it. and I didnt even have a order for a crazy cotton candy burl handle yet! lol Sometime customers like to have choices and or dont really know what they want until they see it. So I pick up many pieces of "stock handle materiel" So I can try and offer people as many options for handle materials as possible.

Thanks Guys. :)

Its always nice to hear back from clients after a few months of having the knife. This one is used daily to prep food for her 2 dogs. :) and she loves it.

The AEB-L seems to hold a edge well. and sharpen easily. I sent her a loaded strop and she uses it avery week or so and so far the knife still falls through everything she is cutting. Mainly proteins. ..

God Bless YA!
