Looking for a cutting board about 20x15 but not wood for professional use. Does anyone have any suggestions? I like the ones at korin but its a bit pricey.

Perhaps a Sani-Tuff?

+1. The inch thick ones are great, nice and heavy, and they give good tactile feedback when cutting. Be careful about washing them if you use a high temp machine, as it can cause warping.

+1. They really baby your knife edges too. And pay heed to the warning about a dishwasher, as I am 0-2 in the warping department:O.

I've read that you can run them on the dry cycle (or rewash them) and lay some heavy books on them to flatten them out again. It's worth a try.
