View Full Version : Saw the Forum Bird thread, this is my take.

So I've been on here about a month, saw this thread originally and thought it would be fun to do one night. I've been having some issues uploading images, so I might just have to submit the links if this doesn't work. As you'll notice I don't have any new knives, all of my current rotation are knives that other people have thrown away and I salvaged. Its been a rough few years, cooking, and working on these knives has been some of the most fun that I have had. I toasted the skin on the bird, which actually tasted pretty great although it looks bad and my tie up will be better next time.
