Hey guys!
This is a 265 mm Wa Gyuto, in S35VN (stainless powder steel) @ HRC 62

265 mm on the edge
49 mm tall at the heel
2.4 mm spine above the heel
Full distal taper, convex ground, machine finish (scotch bright)

Handle is Wa, G10 ferrule, white fiber, and black G10 spacer, African blackwood handle. 150 mm in length.

Knife balances 5mm in front of the heel.

30 minutes?!? Guess the economy is still on the ropes, as I would have it would sell within 15 minutes...

Great stuff, Pierre! I like the length -- midway between 240 and 270 seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Very nice! That handle came out very nice. It ALMOST makes me think spacers are ok.:O

Glad to see I'm not the only one who is not a fan of spacers. I love the profile and the contrast in the handle.
