That's quite a sale. Shun has a bunch of different levels of quality. I believe their Edo line is in the middle to low end. But for $25 a knife, how can you go wrong.

I like the handles on those shuns. The graphics not so much. The guy fieri knives, all I can do is shake my head with a grimacing look.

They're great once you open them up and take the restrictor out.

yep did that, still couldn't get any pressure. It turned out that the head was way to big for the amount of pressure going in. Never felt clean with it.

I bought a set as well: solid VG10 seems like an interesting choice for knives. Also, Cutlery and More has the same set for $239 so I figured how could I go wrong.
