Here is a set I have been working on. Thanks to a very patient customer.. I know these will be worth the wait!

OK, the specs.

Blades are san mai, 1095 High Carbon steel with HHH damascus cladding RC 61.

The paring knife is a scalpel and measures in with a OAL of approx 190mm and a blade length of approx 85mm tip to heel.

The Petty/utility knife measures 280mm OAL with a 155mm blade tip to heel. Blade height approx 41mm at the heel.

The Gyuto is a impressive 373mm OAL with a 248mm blade tip to heel. Blade height is approx 55mm at the heel

The Handles are a combination of Ebony and Stabilized birch. With custom spacers and stainless pins with single mosaics.

Thanks for looking.

why randy. why. i want to try one of those scalpels please. that thing looks rediculous. the shape is not even kitchen oriented and it seems insane. I would love to try it out. can there be a passaround?

Thanks guys!!

I tried taking heel shot of the knives and put a white light behind and it seemed to in some ways show the heel better. yet in other ways not so much. :) both of these pictures were B4 adding the final cutting edge.

Back to the GRIND for me.. Have fun today.

God Bless
