Marco TV show from back in the day

Here is the first episode piece. This and the original iron chef are some of the only real cooking shows that I really enjoy. I'm sure you're familiar with this guy with his later shows but this show in the kitchen of Harvey's is right up my alley. There are a few episodes on youtube, I've watched them all of course; there has to be more episodes. I can't find much info on it and I was hoping I'd be able to find a dvd or something on amazon. How can such a famous chef not have this **** availible?

That show is freaking brilliant!

It makes me want to cook, and never cook professionally again.

Totally gets me inside the head of Gordon Ramsay, you can see Marco's footprints all over Ramsay's style and opinions.

Thanks for sharing these videos, I watched them all on youtube last night. It's amazing to see how much fine dining has changed since Marco had Harvey's.
