Hello, my name is Sally Benes and I'm a homecook for 5. I enjoy cooking Indian and Thai food, but really cook everything. I doubt that I'll end up with a bunch of knives like some people on the forum. But I do plan on maybe a couple of small knives. I seem to like the knives called pettys. It seems more my size.
