I use my Damascus chefs knife I made 17 years ago all the time,
I learned about the site tonight from an awesome person, Delbert Ealy !

Wally, the ECG is like a tailgating party. Everyone comes with their knife collections and shows it off. A lot of trading and sales go on. David, the Boardsmith, usually comes with a load of cutting boards for sale. I supply the food. No charge, no obligations, and no preaching ;)
