I think those first two pictures are of Dave's family grinding out the new Martell Butcher knives.

No not mine i have refurbished a few i just like the old carbon knifes and the history.

Super cool, thanks for sharing. Always down for a history lesson. Never had a Sab(other than the blades on a Robot-Coupe) But I will own one..................eventually.

Awesome! I have a soft spot for Sabs.
The dog is by far my favourite part about a really awesome thread. He looks just like my little guy! I think there's a dog on the third guy back, in the same pic. Am I correct?

I thought that two but looking at it some more i think its the light and the mans pants or a cat.
