Just having a look at some UK Antique tool sites and came across this splitting knife, now I 'm aware its most likely made for splitting kindling but could it also be used as a cleaver? Its made by one of Sheffield's finest Joseph Tyzack and is in beautiful condition:

That's a Meat Cleaver, Tyzack still have a shop out by Old Street, they're just resellers of Tools and hardware now though
