Most of you probably know my friend Son. If you have been around here for any time at all, have been moved by his posts and his candid personality.. Myself included.. You just cant help but to like this guy! :thumbsup:

Here is a sneak peak at 2 knives we are working on for him. One is a 300mm suji and the other a 112mm paring knife.

I count myself blessed to call you my brother and friend. God Bless YA

Beautiful Damascus, look like a cross between a lightening bolt pattern and a feather, chaos feather?... I'm a sucker for a plunge line so that parer has me drooling, looks a little tall but that just showes off more of the pattern.

Son, Im happy your liking the look of them so far. Both are going to have that WOW factor!!

Jr's feather is getting better with every billet he makes!! To me it looks like flames shooting out from the handles. :)

I think there is someone already calling there variation of feather pattern "Dragons Breath" :)

Son, I made great progress on these today. They should be ready to send by mid week!

Oh yea, The Hippo tooth/ivory is amazing material. and looks so frikin awesome! :)

I paired it with some Stabilized redwood from Mark. I gota say.. These are both looking really sweet!

I dont see these getting passed around, But who knows what Son has planned for them!?!?!

Here are some quick photos, Im still working on these and have the sharpening stones soaking to start the edge, and also need to mark them with the the HHH Knives logo!

God i'm loving that Paring-knife. Might be my favorite paring-knife yet.

The suji is beautiful too! But i'm not too much of a fan of the endcap, i preper the style of the parin-knife!

I really love the feel of ivory!! Its hard to describe the feeling of it, Silky and classy come to mind, and both describe it. yet its so much more!! :D

Thanks Will! This is the largest feather damascus Randy Jr has made.. I appreciate your advise on this pattern, It was very helpful, Yet as you know, This pattern can be quite a challenge.
