Flamed Redwood can have really dramatic flash and movement to it's figure.
This is some of my very best Flamed Redwood. Very clean coloring, grain is oriented just right and the figure makes this wood look like it is alive changing size and shape beneath the surface of the block.

I just added a bunch of these to my web store. The blocks were cut oversized so they will work for almost any large handle knife, or maybe a couple smaller knives. These blocks were professionally stabilized by K&G using their thicker formula.

This link will take you to where they are at in the store. (http://www.burlsource.us/servlet/the-Stabilized-Knife-Handle-Blocks-cln-Redwood/s/26/Categories)

Here are some random photos followed by a short video.

The coloring is off in the video, bad lighting.

I added a couple dozen new blocks of High Grade Koa to the store as well.
This will take you to the Stabilized Koa Blocks. (http://www.burlsource.us/servlet/the-Stabilized-Knife-Handle-Blocks-cln-Hawaiian-Koa/Categories)

These are a few examples of the new ones.
