Making handles like those for example.

Or sheaths like the one from redwood for shig.

I think guys from the latest Maksims sharpening class will recognize those blades.

I got them all for free, but they are lovely clads that cut fantastic. I promised I will do something with them. Two biggest ones I will now use at home, smallest one at work.

Indeed, those knives were really, really good. To imagine them just lying in a box rusting up is sad, they had really good geometry and took an edge.

And nice handles!

I got a couple of them as well.
I was actually thinking about putting a handle on one of the Nakiri's to give my wife as an upgrade to her Victorinox paring knive.

Now to make a handle...
