I think that I am finished with this one. It is a 220 gyuto in O1 with stabilized maple burl from BS and a bronze bolster with black spacer. It come with a maple saya, material also from BS. The figure in the maple is pretty cool!

Anybody, who hasn't tried one of Spike's knives I highly recommend it. They are pretty damn impressive.

Can't see much of the blade except it seems to have quite a nice profile and it shines! :) I like the recess in the choil, seems like it would benefit a pinch grip. And man, do I like that beautiful handle!
