Made some cookies on my grill this weekend.

I am not really into sweets (a big disappointment for my wife), so I made some savory cookies made with bacon and pecans.

I also baked them on my grill with hickory pellets.

Here are some pics

They turned out pretty good. My wife liked them even though they were not sweet. Plus I think these will be great with beer.

Those look great. I did bacon pecan shortbread cookies for a dessert tray the other week. With some candied bacon as a garnish. Sadly no pics.

Did you use indirect heat on the grill? I've always wanted to try grilling cookies

My grill is a traeger pellet grill, it grills with indirect heat.
