Just got my 210 ealy line knife in O1 and it feels great. Gonna take alittle while to get used to the handle with full tang but the grind is awesome. I'll write some more when I have more time with it.

Delbert sent me a blade like yours that I will be doing my own handle.
Originally I was going to finish it as a Christmas present for someone else, but I changed my mind.

I just got a 240mm del gyuto in 01 with the same handle material from bprescot and i love it, it fly's throught onions the same way and slices steak with ease!
