    Destoning avocados - How do you do it?

    After destoning, when the stone is still on the knife, I simply rock-chop straight through the stone to get it off the knife. No fingers near blade edge

    White balance is what changes the color quite intense and converts the grey-yellow into yellow, brown into Iromono or Kiita. Please less adjustments .

    Yeah, better to glue it on the wooden base if thin, or just reinforce if thick enough. They suck water as crazy .
    But they give enough slurry
