Hmmm, depends on what you consider a 'typical dumpling'. It's a bit thicker then I use when making ravioli; maybe 1-1/2 times as thick?
ahh... I do not add any herb inside. If I would, I may try thyme but haven't yet. How's the dough in her version. Is it thicker than typical dumpling?
