Just found Shin because it was at Costco - 8 for 8 bucks. If I had known how good it was I would of bought the entire pallett

I haven't tried them on balsa so I can't be sure but my gut tells me they'd work as good as anything else at the minimum. Sorry that I can't offer a better
Nick, I'll cut a few pieces up and add it when I'm cooking white rice. I use it mostly as a flavor ingredient.
