    Maybe you're spending too much time on higher grit with misono, try just taking it to 1k and then strop. I have a kikuichi carbon which should be similar

    FWIW, there is no full stainless Itinomonn - it's a semi-stainless core clad in stainless (he calls it StainLess which, I guess, can be a little bit misleading)

    SLD steel

    funny...I just update the data, my app has very different result. SLD is the only steel contain Tungsten, Cobalt & Nitrogen.
