I bought what looks like exactly the same knife ( machi and all) from Knife in Toronto a couple years back.
I like pretty much everything Kramer. Great guy, great knives, and great for the industry.
As for the similarities between Mareko's and
is there any difference in how the pig is treated while alive (besides diet)? Also is the slaughtering different?
