Berkshire is the way to go. If I didn't have to special order it I'd probably eat it more often.

My parents use a simple home made insert in their drawer - it is bar of wood with some 2x2" cross section which has cuts every 1.5" (or so)
The blade profile looks really good - has some belly, but not too much. I second the fragile looking tip - though we can not see how thick it is. The
