I have to disagree, as long as the chef composes in the proper way. I do enjoy peach or Apple with my pork, or sour cherry or raspberry with duck, aslong
All I can say is I am glad I didn't see this until it sold, as it would have been mine.
Here is a piece of this bar after heat treating and grinding into it a bit to create a bevel! It did what I hoped it would and went from awesome to amazing!!
