I am in Sao Paulo area. I used to sharp my knives by myself. Normally with stones. If necessary, I use a #400 grit and then a #1200 grit stone. I don´t use the finer grit stones, like #6000 or #8000 to polish the edge.

We do not know each other. I knew some knife knuts in Sao Paulo area, but I think he is not among them. Good oportunity here to meet brazilian interested in knives.
