I'm looking for a line cook at Art and Soul. We work closely with farms in PA, VA, MD, and all other local points. We're a busy restaurant focused on treating our ingredients with respect and responsibly sourcing as much as we can. We have a very good and still growing charcuterie plan. Whole animals come in and all of it is used.
I'm looking for a cook that can produce at high volumes consistantly without losing sight on what we stand for in our cooking and how we treat the guests.
If you're new to the field and want to learn this is a great place. We can teach you whatever you want to know but we can't teach you to want it.
