i feel like photos dont do quite a few things i carry justice... sometimes videos dont either. The magnetic knife strips we carry for example... they are some of the best i've ever seen/used, but...

I have... quite a few actually. And i repair warps on them all of the time. Both masamoto sohonten and masamoto tsukiji. I also know that they tend to warp less, but it doesnt mean it doesnt...
For what its worth, ALL clad knives have a tendency to warp (honyaki knives are much less likely, except during the making process)

we are always trying to improve things... to be honest though, they arent that far off from our original run.
it took 2.5 years for this order to finally come in... no clue when the next one will be coming, but we still have a lot on order... sorry about that. We had a lot and they went quick.
