    I think the one on A-Frames is different or maybe a typo ? The knife I have would definitely not be described as "very thin." Mine has a western handle...not sure if this makes a difference ??

    I have the Ikkanshi Tadatsuna Inox and it...

    I have the Ikkanshi Tadatsuna Inox and it definitely is a beast - 215mm long, weighs 404 grams and the spine at the thickest point is a little over 6mm.

    A new Chefs knife

    I just received this Chefs knife from John Etzler


    It is 12 Inches overall with a 6 1/2 cutting edge. Flat ground from AEB-L with a hand rubbed finish. RCH 62-63. 1 13/16 tall at heal....

    Take a look at Demeyere cookware, I've used them...

    Take a look at Demeyere cookware, I've used them for over 12 years and they still look great. I don't think they make the line I have (Sirroco) but they make 5-6 different lines.
