    Thanks Dave! Nice to see someone from the Tampa area on the forum! I ordered a Kohetsu SLD from CKTG. I found that site first and put an order in. Found this site as I was researching more for stone recommendations. I look forward to trying my skills at sharpening this week.

    Hi Dave! I picked up a Kohetsu SLD from CKTG during the Black Friday sale. It was the first site I found while looking for an entry level knife to replace our Henkels block set that’s 10years old. Had no idea all these sites existed. I have a lot to learn before picking up more knives.
