It’s actually slightly cheaper than when it was originally posted. This is the price I bought it back at, haven’t used it since the repurchase.

I appreciate that! That’s one of the great things about having a knife that’s dedicated to cooking at home for me. I was able to sorta “baby” this more than I could compared to knives I work with... After every use I would immediately wash, then dry it to be sure it would age as nicely as it has.
