Yup, torque is very high, and pretty much instant for all practical purposes. And it's all beautifully simple :) Too bad Karma was a bust. I wouldn't mind if my Tesla was a bit smaller tho :) Still having tough times getting used to its size after driving BMW 3 series for so long.
