Hi guys Ive for this Konosuke FM 210 mm w1. Ive bought it secondhand, and im looking at Selling it. On the left side of the blade there is no mt Fuji stamp, so i started wondering if its fake. The fit and finish and stuff tells me no, but i cant find any information regarding the missing...

Yeah I thought it was something like that. I can't feel in use so its more of a clarification on why, I've seen some perfectly symmetric grinds too. Im happy either way its just fun to know if its ment to be like that or its simply because of the beauty of handcrafted knives :)

Today I received my newest add on to my collection. A Raquin 240 mm Gyuto. Can anyone tell me why it looks like it has a left s-grind almost like its ment for a left-handed user?
