Ok, so they just wrote back to me. The winners have not yet been contacted. Apparently the charity company is making a video to announce the winners. Most likely posted tomorrow. This is the opposite of what I was told, but directly from "Klingen fur Gutes"

It's very frustrating indeed. I've written to them a few times today. The answer is "we will notify the winners and post the video soon."

Not to my knowledge, but the winners have been drawn, and they inform the winners directly, not publicly I think.
