This was supposed to go on the gyuto-hiki I just finished but I measured wrong and she is to big:beatinghead:
 
Thats a really nice looking handle, I like the two tone amboyna ferrule
 
That's a beauty. Now that it doesn't fit, what are you gonna do with it? And what would it fit?
 
Nice Mario, very sublime handle. How big is too big, just curious. I still struggle with handle size, that's why I ask
 
thanx.......On a standard gyuto I have been doing 22 x 26mm tall and 18 x 22mm wide. This D handle is 24 x 26mm tall,it will work just fine on a standard gyuto. The gyuto-hiki needs a smaller handle to give you some knuckle room.
 
Dig it!!! I love walnut, makes me happy to see someone else using it :) still have yet to try a d handle.
