White Steel 240mm on blueway.Really like the looks of this blade.Little thicker in the spine wt. good taper to the blade road.Long flat fr. the heel,more blade on the board.Hand forged blade & it looks it.Just 189.99.

I was very pleased wt. my other WS Sakai Gyuto fr. Keiichi,I need another WS gyuto like a hole in the head,but I do Luv e'm:wink:
 
I recall a review of this. Think the choil was very rough. Spine was Sharp. Grind not perfect. The consesus was the yusuke was better....
