    My new German line knife

Recently I commissioned a Nouveau Sabatier to be my prep knife at work.

About the same time I also commissioned a knife to be used as my line knife. It arrived today and I am so excited! I've only had it in my hands about 10 minutes but I can't wait to use it.

Clearly a French profile. What has been used for the scales?

Handle is G10. I prefer black plastic handles, no bling.

G10 is Fiberglas! Great, durable stuff. I'm with you on the no bling thing. I'm in one of those phases right now. Haha

    It looks really nice!

Looks narrowish but nice and clean. Have fun with it.
