Sharpening In Memphis

I had a customer call today with an order and he asked about sharpening. I suggested this forum would be a good place to start so if anyone knows a sharpening sevice in Memphis, please post it here so he may read the suggestion. I know he knows about the forum because he said he pulled it up as we were talking.

The only person in Memphis I would trust to touch my high end knives...Is Me. There are a few services, but they are equivalent with what you would find at Sur LaTable for $1.00 a knife. Even the top chefs in Memphis that work at the Peabody use a chefs choice electric sharpener.

Not much help I know. But, your customer might try St. Louis or Nashville, which I can only guess would have a better chance at finding something suitable.
