what do the numbers on the choseras mean?

i am curious about the numbers on the choseras. my 1k has a "111111" on it, and i am wondering if ive got the 111111th stone, and if somebody has the first with a 1 on it. does every single chosera get its own number? if not, what do they mean?
 
My Chosera 1k has "110219" on the side. My other Choseras have 10xxxx numbers. Seems that your guess could be right, which is rather neat, if so.
