Shun Classic 300mm Yanagiba repair..
Some how the edge has got some damage.. I would like to get this knife repaired and obsessively sharpened.
I would love to get it reprofiled.. It's sole reason for living is to slice prime rib.
Anyone want to take this on?
you should take pictures to show the damage... im still jealous i didnt get to buy that knife before you.
I've found that if you highlight the problem and post a before picture, then folks here will provide ample (though sometimes conflicting) advice on how to proceed. Then take a pic when your into the repair and folks are happy to tell you what you're doing wrong...
