All three of these knives are brand new the only one that has been used is the Cermax and that was to cut about 4 onions.
The Henckles Twin Cermax is craaazy sharp out of the box, it took the hair right off my arm. The Global Santoku is hollow ground and well balanced.
All of these knives are solid I however never use them so it makes no sense for me to keep them.
