as title implies, first time here. have done most of my own cooking for 30+ yrs. Do not have any hi-End steel yet, mostly Commercial MUNDIAL from the local restaurant supply house.
to commemorate retirement I'm planning on purchasing a few decent quality blades. since I dont know anything yet ,will be posting requests for guidance
