Up for sale is a 272mm gyuto. I bought this knife used and the previous owner had it thinned like crazy. It is honestly the thinnest knife behind the edge I have ever seen. Honestly, probably to thin, it needs a serious micro bevel. The heel has a small chip in it as you can see in the photos. I am selling the knife for $275.

The knife is 54.7 mm tall.

Also, I haven't measure that it is exactly 272mm... It just still has its sticker on it from when originally purchased.
