Alright, does not seem like any sort of review(or at least I can't find one) has been done on one of these. I am thinking about getting a 240 if they come back in stock, but would like some reviews, thoughts or pics?

Any owners care to chime in?

It is a knife you will not regret getting. I have the white steel and am not planning on selling it. It is really thin behind the edge and cuts very well. I would say with confidence it is one of the best cutters in my kit. And I have a large kit haha. I know Tinh has the semi stainless and he loves it.

I have a semi stainless. One of the best cutters I have used.

tk reviewed the semistainless. and it was a very nice review.keep looking!

I have the 180 ss petty and love it.
The profile is great, a bit taller than other petties I've had.
It feels like a cross between a petty and a small gyuto.
I briefly used the 240 gyuto in white 2 and it cut like a boss.
My petty sharpens up real nice and holds it for quite some time.
It patinad pretty quickly on the core and it's been stable.
Don't know what else to add other than I'm very pleased with it.
I'll probably end up getting the 240 gyuto once my knife funds are replenished.

i have the white 2. it's awesome. if i had to do it again, i'd probably get the semi-stainless, but the white 2 is great.

I have the 180 in White and have been very pleased as well...also agree that it's kind of a mini-gyuto (sorta).
