    Hello from NW Ohio

Greetings from a NW Ohio newbie. I am totally new to quality kitchen knives but am looking forward to learning all about them on this forum. I plan to attend the Blade Show in Atlanta in a few months and hope I can find some of the kitchen cutlery makers at that event. I have mostly concentrated on folders and custom fixed blades for many years so this will be something new and exciting for me. Take care, Scott
