He was on Randy Hass face book page and 99% of his stuff is scales,I think it is central american hardwood but I am not positive.

You guys better start getting on Mario's waiting list because as soon as enough people start getting them and see the greatness of his knives it will be impossible for him to keep up with the demand. I haven't had mine long but it's unreal.

Mario has been absolutely crankin' it out ! It seems like there is at least one or two insanely awesome knives completed each week that I must comment on. I'm sure I sound like a broken record because I love every single one of 'em.
