Hi everyone,
I have always loved knives and sharpening but just recently gotten into kitchen knives now that my outdoor activities have become more limited. Figured I should sign up with this forum since every question i googled brought me here eventually. After discovering japanese/quality knives I am really starting to enjoy the kitchen. Thanks for all the good advice I've already gotten from reading various threads.
