Hey all, Im Chris. Ive been creeping around the forum for a few months now and am finally admitting to myself I may have an addiction to sharp objects. :eek2: Im a sushi chef so it comes with the trade I guess, but sometimes it gets hard explaining to my girlfriend why I am looking at videos of guys cutting onions at odd hours. Figured Im in good company, so here I am!

I love Charleston. I'm surprised there aren't more members from your town. Folly is where we vacation every year.
You are going to have a lot more explaining to do to your girlfriend.
 
Welcome. Spend enough time here and you will have to explain all of the boxes of knives and stones being delivered.

Seems that I might be moving to Charleston soon.
