    Cutting board

Looking for a cutting board about 20x15 but not wood for professional use. Does anyone have any suggestions? I like the ones at korin but its a bit pricey.

+1. They really baby your knife edges too. And pay heed to the warning about a dishwasher, as I am 0-2 in the warping department.

I've read that you can run them on the dry cycle (or rewash them) and lay some heavy books on them to flatten them out again. It's worth a try.
